This Privacy Policy describes how NeuralInvest LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the TTRS application, available as a web application and as mobile applications for iOS and Android (collectively, the "Service").

TTRS is a private reporting platform. Accounts are created and managed by authorized administrators; the Service does not offer public self-registration.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When an administrator creates your account, we collect your name, email address, and assigned role. You may update certain profile details within the Service.

Financial records. The Service stores transaction records, account balances, positions, and related reporting data associated with your account. This information is entered and managed by you or by authorized administrators as part of the Service's core reporting function.

Authentication data. We process login credentials (email and password) and session tokens to authenticate you. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by us in readable form. If you enable biometric sign-in, biometric data is processed by your device and never transmitted to us.

Technical information. Like most online services, our infrastructure providers automatically log basic technical data such as IP addresses, device and browser type, and timestamps, used for security and operations.

What we do not collect. The Service does not use advertising trackers and does not sell personal information. The mobile applications do not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, or camera.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including displaying your transactions, balances, and performance reporting
• Authenticate access and enforce role-based permissions
• Send transactional emails, such as account invitations, password resets, and pending-activity notifications
• Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the Service
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your personal information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.

3. Market Data

The Service displays market prices and related financial data obtained from third-party market data providers. Market data is not personal information and is not linked to your identity by those providers through the Service.

4. Service Providers

We rely on third-party infrastructure providers to operate the Service, including cloud hosting, database and authentication services, and transactional email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations and their own security and privacy commitments, and only as necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and financial records for as long as your account is active and as needed to satisfy legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting requirements. Because the Service maintains financial reporting records, certain transaction data may be retained after account closure where required for these purposes.

6. Account Deletion

Accounts are provisioned and managed by administrators. To request deactivation or deletion of your account, contact us at jireyna@icloud.com or contact your administrator. We will honor deletion requests subject to any legal or regulatory retention obligations described above.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage by our infrastructure providers, role-based access controls, and row-level security policies restricting each user's data access to their own records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jireyna@icloud.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for use by adults in a professional or financial context and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. International Transfers

Our service providers may store and process data in the United States or other jurisdictions. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards provided by our infrastructure providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
